Services in the first century or second were not lyturgical. they were fluid and varied in many senses from service to service. The sermons were not written down. They had no set ritual per say.
Bread and wine were brought whenever and sermons were read from wherever they could be heard the best. jajaja and hands were washed because they were really dirty.Prayers depended on the improvisation of the bishop and so on!!!
